Thank you for the opportunity to carry on the discussion! My response to your question, as a Dominant Extraverted Thinker, is to talk, talk, analyze, talk, talk, analyze, etc. The challenge, of course (now drawing on the "tension of opposites", thanks to Danielle's insightful web conference) is to allow others to grieve and deal with the loss, quietly or not, emoting outwardly or not, without being offensive as we Extraverted Thinkers often are (unintentionally).
With respect to the charts, if I am understanding them correctly, Intellectual and Spiritual resources are clearly where I draw strength in dealing with grief/loss/change. The emotional component is huge, but expressed differently than those with Feeling preferences might.
