Highpoint:

The TC –having Otto as our speaker, sharing in the forum conversation following the conference.

Low point:

Nothing major … only opportunities to learn (about ourselves and others) and to grow.

Highpoint:

knowing that we were connecting in new and innovative ways (teleconference/web event, and newsletter)

Lowpoint:

in spite of this new regional connection, chapters were folding.

Highpoint: Newsletter

Highpoint:

Definitely the tele-conference with Otto.  I was both thrilled to be participating from the comfort of my introverted "domain" and thrilled to see an "idea", and a trusted colleagues dream, become reality.  It was very satisfying and I look forward to many more.

Highpoint:

Delighted that learning can be delivered this way to many facilities.

Low point:

I am particularly disappointed that individuals did not want to pay for an online newsletter but glad of the sponsorship.

Highpoints:

Otto’s TC

Newsletter & #s subscribing

Inclusion of articles in French

Seeing pictures/ meeting colleagues

Sponsorship to continue

Possibility of a new chapter forming in NS.

Lowpoints:

Lower than expected enrolment for the TC.

Reluctance to pay for the Newsletter if we were not able to obtain sponsorship.

Lack of funds to do more.

Highpoint:

The newsletters

Lowpoint:

Teleconference – all that work and so little payoff.

Highpoint:

All working together.

The conference calls, the audio conference and the email newsletter.

Lowpoint:

My inability to stay in the loop because of family pressures.

Highpoint:

Feeling like a unit working in the Canada Region.  Success with the Teleconference and Newsletter.

Lowpoint:

Realizing that there is little interest in Calgary in resurrecting a Chapter or regular type-users group and/or not yet having found a way to get this group back together.
