Talk to people who have expertise where you do not. Brainstorm ideas and solutions. If there are people who are prepared to spend this
kind of money then go ahead and organize it |
It
is a great way to go, and give yourself time to learn/adjust/grow into it.

As an absolute novice in this, I am most impressed
with how much development has occurred and the knowledge and talent and
enthusiasm of other is amazing. |
It’s important to try this as it is the future.
However, build a team
with different strengths and experience to support your initiatives and
value and work with the differences. Always remember to balance the tech & touch

kind of regular communication at the beginning would be good – ensure

Ask even the simplest of questions of the service
provider until you reach a comfortable understanding.
Just do it – you will be amazed at the ease of the process.
Very little can go wrong. Lots
of preparation is required. |
