Making it Work

7. How did we make it work?

		Perseverance, group emails, mutual support, confidence in each other, respect for the group decision, leadership, a balance of preferences and functions within the group,……what my F could not see, another T’s could etc.	An inspirational leader, who inspired confidence in the rest of us that it could work. We then took up this mission, and made it happen!

		Getting people involved Cheering (lots of that) Seeing results, eg: Newsletter, event

		Relying on each other, very much on team leader and confidence that we were doing something worthwhile.	Persistence and a real desire to succeed. Tremendous support especially in the difficult moments. Cyberhugs!

	Sheer determinedness – a committed core group of people who were willing to drive the dreams of the group	By having people there to guide us along and add their expertise to the soup pot. We made it work because we believed in the process, because we were unanimous in our desire to reach out to the whole country, because we were all willing to do our share, because we had a great leader.	Perseverance, a general mood of optimism and a lot of hard work brought both together.
